कैसे रहेंगे कल आने वाले दिग्गजों के नतीजे

कल निफ्टी की 4 कंपनियों के नतीजे आने हैं। विप्रो, बजाज ऑटो, कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक और आरबीएल बैंक के नतीजों पर कल नजर रहेगी। विप्रो :- सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ के अनुमान के मुताबिक वित्त वर्ष 2018 की पहली तिमाही में विप्रो की रुपये में होने वाली आय 4.3 फीसदी घटकर 12828 करोड़ रुपये पर आ सकती हो जो वित्त वर्ष 2017 की चौथी तिमाही में 13402 करोड़ रुपये थी। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की पहली तिमाही में विप्रो की डॉलर आय 0.3 फीसदी घटकर 194.8 करोड़ डॉलर पर आ सकती है जो वित्त वर्ष 2017 की चौथी तिमाही में 195.4 करोड़ डॉलर थी। तिमाही आधार पर पहली तिमाही में विप्रो की एबिट 2527 करोड़ रुपये से घटकर 2121 करोड़ रुपये  हो सकती है। तिमाही दर तिमाही आधार पर अप्रैल-जून तिमाही में विप्रो की एबिट मार्जिन 18.8 फीसदी से घटकर 16.5 पर आ सकती है। बजाज ऑटो :- सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ के अनुमान के मुताबिक वित्त वर्ष 2018 की पहली तिमाही में बजाज ऑटो का मुनाफा 7 फीसदी घटकर 912 करोड़ रुपये हो सकता है। वित्त वर्ष 2017 की पहली तिमाही में बजाज ऑटो का मुनाफा 978 करोड़ रुपये रहा था। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की पहली तिमाही में बजाज ऑटो की आय 11 फीसदी घटकर 5415

Grasim Ind dips over 7% after spinning off its financial business

Grasim Industries slipped over 7% to touch its intraday low of Rs 1,013 on BSE after the stock turned ex-date to spin off its financial business. At 12:54 PM; the stock was trading at Rs 1,062 per share, down by Rs 29 per share or 2.66%. The stock had closed at Rs 1306 per share on BSE in previous trading session and the share price has got adjusted in Wednesday’s trade. A combined 2.94 million equity shares changed hands on the counter on BSE and NSE so far.  Balaji Telefilms advanced over 5% during Wednesday’s trade on the BSE ahead of its board meeting on Thursday in which various fund-raising options will be considered. In a BSE filing post market hours on Monday, the company said that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on July 20, 2017, to consider various fund raising options including raising funds through issue of securities on preferential basis, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company and other necessary approvals, if any. Nifty50 is eyeing towards 9900 level whereas BSE Sensex is gaining over 170 points to trade near its intra-day high level. BSE Telecom is the top gaining index on Wednesday. It is up by 2.0% at 1431. Moody's maintains Yes Bank's international rating at Baa3 with stable outlook (unchanged)

Yes Bank Limited's (Yes Bank) Baa3/Prime-3 foreign-currency deposit ratings are underpinned by the bank's Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) of ba1 and one notch of government support. Yes Bank's BCA of ba1 reflects the bank's sound asset quality, consistent profitability and small but rapidly growing franchise compared with its Indian banking sector peers. Asset quality remained fairly resilient compared with other Indian banks for the past five years but there has been some slippages in recent quarters, with gross NPL ratio increasing to 1.52% as of the end of March 2017 from 0.76% a year earlier. In addition, the overall pool of stressed and restructured assets increased to 2.96% of gross loans as of the end of March 2017, compared with 1.49% a year earlier. BSE Realty index was surging higher shoulder to shoulder with the benchmark indices. Unitech was contributing majorly to the Realty index gains. Unitech soared a whopping 16.60% at Rs 8.92 per share. The stock also traded on a new 52-week high of Rs 9.18 per share on BSE. The stock has spurted in volume by more than 2.48 times and also breached its upper circuit of Rs 9.18 per share. Won't let TCS go away from Lucknow: UP Finance Minister

Amid reports that Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest software player may shut down its unit in Lucknow, the Uttar Pradesh government, on Sunday, stated that it will not let TCS go out of the state capital. "We will not let it (TCS) go from the state capital. We will look into it," UP Finance Minister, Rajesh Agarwal said. It has also been reported that TCS employees have approached Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to look into the matter. Agarwal's assurance came after UP ministers Swami Prasad Maurya and Mohsin Raza assured the employees last week that their interests would be protected. "There have been rumours and reports being circulated in the media about the company's operations in Lucknow. TCS would like to clarify that it is only consolidating its UP operations in Noida and there will be no job loss as a consequence," a TCS spokesperson had said in a statement. Biocon hits record high; soars over 10%

The stock of Biocon Ltd. surged over 10% during Friday’s trade to hit its record high of Rs 404 riding on the USFDA’s Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) recommendation of approval of its proposed biosimilar trastuzumab. The committee voted 16-0 in support of eligible indications of the reference product, Herceptin, which include HER2-positive breast cancer in the metastatic and adjuvant settings, informed Biocon in a BSE filing on Friday. Oz govt in final stages of granting loan to Adani Enterprises

The Australian government is in its final stages of granting loan to Adani Enterprises, reported a global news agency on Friday. Adani Enterprises is awaiting a concessional loan of around USD 700 million from the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF), a government agency to help the company build a 380-km rail link into its controversial Carmichael project located in the remote Galilee Basin. Adani's proposed Carmichael mine in Queensland state has faced years of delays amid opposition from environmental groups who argue it will contribute to global warming and damage the Great Barrier Reef. Adani Enterprises was trading at Rs 139.15, down by Rs 1.70 or 1.21% as at 1127 hours on Friday, on the BSE. ICICI Group, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership on July 13, 2017 bought one lakh shares of e-commerce firm, Infibeam Incorporation for over Rs 11 crore through open market transactions. These shares were sold by Next Orbit Ventures Fund. According to the data available on the BSE, ICICI Group has purchased 1 lakh shares, or 0.18% stake in the e-commerce company. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 1,107.5, valuing the transaction at Rs 11.07 crore. Today, Infibeam Incorporation was trading at Rs 1,131.30, up by 0.57 % on BSE at 0953 hours. CDSL extend gains for seventh straight trading session

At 9:15 AM, the BSE Sensex opened higher by 91 points at 31896, while the Nifty50 opened higher by 21 points at the 9807 mark. ITC was top Sensex gainer and was trading at Rs 333.8 per share, up by 1.55% whereas ONGC was top Sensex loser and was trading at Rs 162 per share, down by 0.09% at the opening bell on Thursday. Tata Steel, in a BSE filing post market hours on Tuesday, said that the company has divested its entire equity stake in a 50% joint venture company Tata Elastron S.A. to Elastron S.A. The stock of Tata Steel touched a 52-week high of Rs 561.95, gaining 1% in the early morning trade on Wednesday. The company has entered into an agreement for stake sale on July 10 and received Euro 0.368 million from the divestment of stakes. Markets still await clarity on NSE’s technical glitch

First demutualised electronic exchange in the country, National Stock Exchange had a technical glitch which led to a big confusion during the first three trading hours on Monday. Share prices had stopped updating and the orders by the investors and traders were not going through. NSE Chairman, Ashok Chawla termed Monday’s glitch as ‘one more straw on the camel’s back’. Market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is seeking a detailed report from NSE for the temporary halting of exchange on Monday. However, the market analysts are speculating the reasons for this technical glitch. As per market analysts, SEBI’s move to ban P-notes on derivatives led to an increase in the derivative trading volume as investors unwound their P-note positions. Nifty has slipped from its day’s high of 9823 level. The index has strong support at 9709 level whereas 9825 can be the immediate resistance level. Bank Nifty index was trading in negative territory at 23567 level, down by 11 points. Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Kotak Bank and ICICI Bank are among the losers in Bank Nifty index. At 9:15 AM, the BSE Sensex opened higher by 66 points at 31813, while the Nifty50 opened higher by 21 points at the 9807 mark. Bharti Airtel was top Sensex gainer and was trading at Rs 401.1 per share, up by 1.43% whereas TCS was top Sensex loser and was trading at Rs 2449 per share, down by 0.9% at the opening bell on Wednesday. Gujarat State Fertilisers stock tanked 0.08% at Rs 124.35 per share on BSE post lunch hours. The company on Monday has announced that it has shut down its ammonia-IV plant on July 6, 2017 due to detection of leakage of high-pressure process gas from hot header of reformer box. Urea-II plant was also shutdown due to non-availability of CO2 gas which is by-product of ammonia-IV plant. All other plants of GSFC are operational with a supply of ammonia from ammonia storage tanks. Meanwhile, the stock has attracted a traded volume of 9,20,346 shares and a traded value of Rs 1,140.86 lakh on NSE. Alembic Pharma jumped 6% during Tuesday’s trade on the BSE after the company said that it has received US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) tentative approval for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) for Dabigatran Etexilate Capsules, 150 mg.  “The tentative approved ANDA is therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug product (RLD) PRADAXA Dabigatran Etexilate Mesylate Capsules, Eq to 150 mg base, Boehringer Ingelheim,” said Alembic Pharma in a BSE filing on Monday. Alembic Pharma was trading at Rs 541.10, up by Rs 25 or 4.84% as at 1306 hours on Tuesday, on the BSE. The stock had hit an intraday high of Rs 545. SEBI approves resuming trading operations in ICEX

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given its approval to Reliance Capital anchored, Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX) for resuming its trading operations. After a gap of three years as the bourse has complied with all SEBI mandated norms, the exchange will resume its trading operations by the end of next month. ICEX, a screen-based online derivatives exchange for commodities, has already received approval from SEBI for the commencement of business and trading operations for diamond. It has applied for crude and Brent oil contracts. Recently, ICEX announced that National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE) will merge with itself. Bank Nifty has extended its gains to trade at 23670 level, up by 221 points or 0.94%. Bank Nifty’s up-move is led by PSU bank stocks like Punjab National Bank (PNB), Bank of Baroda and Canara Bank. Tata Motors advances post JLR sales data

Tata Motors gained over 2% in the early morning trade on Monday, on the BSE after its British luxury unit Jaguar Land Rover reported 11% rise in sales at 51,591 units in June 2017 over June 2016. “Retail sales for Jaguar Land Rover reached 51,591 vehicles this month, up 11.0% on June 2016, Retail sales for the first quarter totalled 132,463 vehicles, up 3.5% compared to the same quarter last year,” said Tata Motors in a BSE filing in the post market hours on Friday, on the BSE. The stock of Tata Motors was trading at Rs 446.50, up by Rs 9.70 or 2.22 as at 1026 hours on Monday, on the BSE. The stock had hit an intraday high of Rs 457.50. Stock view : - Tata Motors Ltd is currently trading at Rs 447.85, up by Rs 11.05 or 2.53% from its previous closing of Rs 436.8 on the BSE. IDFC-Shriram kickstart 90-day merger talks

Chennai-based Shriram Group and IDFC on Saturday announced exploratory merger talks between the two groups during a 90 day time period. As per the proposed terms, Shriram City Union Finance and Shriram Capital will be merged with IDFC Bank. Whereas, Shriram Transport Finance Company will continue to operate as a 100% subsidiary of IDFC and ultimately be delisted post the merger. Similarly, the insurance business of Shriram will be transferred to IDFC, with IDFC holding close to 75% in both life and general insurance businesses. The merger is still subject to several approvals from IRDA, SEBI, RBI, NSE and BSE and would take around 12 months for internal and regulatory approvals. Shriram Capital chairman, Ajay Piramal on Saturday disclosed that it will be an arrangement for 90 days to jointly explore merger options, also adding that no valuations and transactions have taken place.
